The Guild of Professional Estate Agents is a network of approaching 700 like-minded progressive independent estate agents whose combined strength and experience helps with selling houses. As the area's premier Estate Agent, we were proud to be invited to join this elite organisation. Members are able to use the network to refer buyers and sellers both locally and nationally thereby providing a wider market place of properties for sale.
The Guild also has a strong presence in the capital with their prestigious marketing suites on Park Lane using state of the art technology to display your property to the London and international markets. This combined with the monthly publications and website - property-platform.co.uk offers clients unrivalled coverage.
Ombudsman for Estate Agents
We are voluntary members of this free, fair and completely independent service for buyers and sellers of residential property in the UK. The Ombudsman sets out a framework within which members must operate, sets the standards of service they should provide and also acts as arbitrators between agents and consumers.
It is worth mentioning that the OEA has recently been awarded approval of their Code of Practice by the Office of Fair Trading further underlining their credibility with the buying and selling public.
National Association of Estate Agents
The National Association of Estate Agents is a body dedicated to the goal of professionalism within High Street Estate Agency. Their aim is to reassure the general public that by appointing an NAEA member to represent them they will receive in return the highest level of integrity and service in both sales and lettings. Each member is bound by the vigorously enforced Code of Practice and adheres to professional Rules of Conduct.
