Simon Bance Lettings has established an enviable reputation for the rental of quality residential properties of all sizes. We are pleased to let a wide variety of homes ranging from 1 bedroom up to 6+ bedroom suites – ponds, pools and paddocks no problem. The distinction for both Landlords and Tenants is one of 'quality not quantity'.
We are particularly experienced in the rental of village, or unusual properties which are often, but not exclusively semi-rural. If you have, or are looking for, something other than run-of-the-mill we handle places on the Common, not just the 'common place'.
